Shipping policy

The receiver/customer is responsible for settling all charges and fees related to customs.

International purchases may encounter custom duty fees. The fees are based on the destination and the regulations the country being shipped to. Different countries have import procedures which is determined by its custom’s law in the destination country.

Buyers are responsible for all charges, including customs and import taxes that may apply. 
undomes are not responsible for delays due to customs.
