Assumption of the Risk

By buying, using, providing, or allowing the use of any undomes device, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE USING THE DEVICE WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER FAULT of undomes or the device, including but not limited to device malfunction from whatever cause, or any other fault of undomes or the device. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold undomes, or the device harmless from any third-party claims arising from the use of this product.

Package Loss or Return

undomes is not responsible for any lost or returned packages. In the event that a package is returned to us, we can issue a refund for the product cost, minus a restocking fee. However, shipping costs will not be refunded.

International Duties and Taxes (DAP) All international orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.

  • Recipient Responsibility: By placing an order, the customer (the "Recipient") acts as the Importer of Record and is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes (VAT/GST) levied by the destination country.

     

  • Payment Process: Upon the shipment's arrival in the destination country, our carrier (DHL) will contact the recipient via the provided email/phone number to request payment for these fees. Payment must be cleared before the parcel is released for final delivery.

     

  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our facility in Israel. These costs will be deducted from any potential refund.

    2. Order Adjustments and Changes
      No adjustments or changes will be made to an order after 7 days from the delivery date. Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt to ensure everything is correct.
